What we process
We process the account information required for sign-in. When you connect Intervals.icu, we store your athlete ID and name, granted permissions, connection status and an encrypted access token. Training and wellness data is requested from Intervals.icu when a tool needs it and is not copied into Échapper’s product database.
AI conversations
Échapper does not provide or store your AI conversation. It receives the MCP tool calls and arguments your chosen AI client sends to perform the request. Your chosen client has its own privacy and retention terms.
Why we use data
We use this data to connect your chosen AI to your Intervals.icu account, perform the actions you request, protect the connection and diagnose failures.
Security and service providers
Access tokens are encrypted on the server and cryptographically bound to your user ID. Échapper is hosted by Vercel and uses Clerk for sign-in and Neon for its database. These providers process the data required to operate the service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with Intervals.icu, your chosen AI client and the infrastructure providers above only when the feature you activate requires it.
Retention and deletion
Short-lived action approvals expire automatically. Operational audit metadata is retained for up to 180 days. Disconnecting Intervals.icu removes the stored access token and invalidates pending approvals. The account deletion control in Échapper removes your account, connection, OAuth state, product state and related audit metadata. Rider context stored in your own Intervals.icu account remains under your control.
Your choices
You can review permissions, reconnect or disconnect at any time. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the support contact included in your Échapper invitation.
